The Fitness Center

Spanish Wells Golf & Country Club's Fitness Center offers members equipment to achieve fitness goals in weight loss, strength training, flexibility and cardiovascular. Available to members 7 days a week from 6:00 am to 10:00 pm, the Fitness Center allows members to continue their fitness regimen conveniently. The Fitness Center also provides locker rooms with showers, bathing amenities and towels for member convenience.

Director of Wellness, Cara Corr
Cara is an ACSM Certified Personal Trainer, E-RYT yoga instructor, group fitness instructor as well as a certified Health & Wellness Coach.  She’s also a Nutrition Coach with certifications from two national certifying agencies. She specializes in helping her clients have fun while improving stamina, strength, agility, and balance.  Cara’s background in healthcare has driven her to help her clients take a preventative approach to their overall health and wellness by incorporating aspects of fitness training, nutrition, and yoga.  She is passionate about helping her clients find their healthiest, happiest, self at any stage of life.

Dancefit is a fast-paced, cardio dance class set to fun pop music. Expect some toning moves such as squats or lunges, however, modifications will always be offered so this is still an appropriate class for all levels.

Featuring five Har Tru tennis courts provide the backdrop for Spanish Wells’ tennis program. Players of all skill levels enjoy an active schedule with league play, round robins, summer tennis programs, and related social events. Courts can be reserved by calling 239.992.7005. 

Spanish Wells Golf & Country Club is a hot bed of league tennis. In season, we have 20 teams, both men and women of varying levels, that play in the area leagues. Team Captains organize team clinics, which incorporate fed ball drills and play strategy. For social play we offer men’s, women’s and mixed doubles round robins. Open clinics for men and women are also available on a weekly basis. For new members to the club we offer a game matching service to help find players of like level to play with.

Bocce League

The Bocce Committee invites all Social/Sport members of Spanish Wells Golf & Country Club to join us for a fun-filled 2019 Bocce season.  Spring season 2019 begins Jan 28th and ends the week of March 11th with Playoffs the following week.


You may form a team (4 people), join a team; or become a substitute. No experience is needed!

We provide free instruction, demonstrations, and orientation for substitutes.
