FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Is Spanish Wells a Private or Equity Club?

No, Spanish Wells is not an Equity Club. We are a Semi-Private Club with our golf course open to the public and the rest of our amenities are reserved for our members.

If I do not live in Spanish Wells, can I still be a member?

Of course! Our Full Golf Family, Full Golf Single, Sports, Social, Trial, Executive Full Golf Family, and Executive Full Golf Single Memberships are open to anyone that do not live in Spanish Wells.

Is Spanish Wells a bundled community?

Spanish Wells is made up of 8 different subdivisions. There is only 1 bundled community in Spanish Wells and that is Cordova.

If I buy a house in Spanish Wells, do I have to become a member of the Club?

If you buy a house in Cordova you are required to have a membership to the Club. If you buy a house in any other subdivision other than Cordova, you are not required to obtain a membership to the Club.

Is your golf course open to the public?

Yes, our course is open to the public!

Do you charge an extra fee for your fitness classes?

All of our fitness classes are included with the membership.

If I wanted to host a wedding or event at your club, do I need to be a member of the club?

No, you do not need to be a member to host a wedding or event here. Just fill out our inquiry form online or contact the Sales & Marketing Manager at 239.992.5100 x 216 to find out more.

If I have questions about HOA fees who should I contact?
